Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • All appointments must be booked in advance either through our website, mobile app, or by calling the studio directly.

  • We have a strict cancellation policy. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Studio Rules and Regulations

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

  • Proper attire, including comfortable exercise clothing and non-slip socks, must be worn at all times during sessions.

  • Respect the privacy and space of other clients.

  • Food and drink, other than water, are not allowed in the studio.

  • Cell phones are NOT allowed in studio dur.

Health and Safety

  • All clients must complete a health questionnaire before participating in any sessions.

  • Please inform your instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, or concerns prior to starting your session.

  • If you feel unwell or experience any discomfort during your session, please inform your instructor immediately.Liability

Liability:

  • Participation in any activities at House of Strong is at your own risk. We are not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur while using our facilities.

  • We recommend consulting with a healthcare professional before starting any new exercise program, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
